Business Analyst (Freelance or Perm)
Roles & Responsibilities
As Business Analyst, you will have the responsibility to:
• Bring expertise to clients on financial domains
• Analyzing the business needs
• Writing the business requirements and functional specifications
• Perform impact analysis, detail business, regulatory, legal, process requirements
• Work closely relevant agile ceremonies
• Implementing innovative changes and apply best-practice methodology to ensure business transformation
• Propose solutions in the context of process simplification, problem solving, improvement or re-engineering of processes
• Gather, understand and challenge the needs of a diverse set of external and internal stakeholders
Profile
• You have a master's degree in Finance and/or Banking related topics and have a strong interest in the subject
• Experience in Functional and Business Analysis
• Experience in Retail and Private Banking
• Knowledge of regulation (MFID, IDD, ESG)
• Experience in leading workshops
• You have good communication skills
• You have a strong analytical mind with excellent organizational competencies
• French or Dutch and a very good knowledge of English
• You have a certification(s) like Lean, Prince2, Agile,…
