Business Analyst Senior - Digital Transformation

We are currently recruiting a Senior Business Analyst to join an exciting project focused on Industrial IoT and Predictive Maintenance.
Project Context:
As part of a broader digital transformation in the energy sector, this role involves supporting remote and predictive maintenance initiatives. You will work on projects leveraging technologies such as Industrial Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Big Data to enhance operational efficiency and optimize energy infrastructures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, model, and optimize business processes to support digital transformation.
- Conduct impact assessments for changes in processes, systems, and data management.
- Gather and translate business needs into clear IT requirements, collaborating with stakeholders.
- Serve as the link between business teams and IT, ensuring alignment and challenging both sides when necessary.
- Develop business domain models, use cases, and context diagrams to document business processes.
- Support data quality initiatives and data migration processes.
- Test and validate system releases, ensuring the successful implementation of IT tools.
- Lead change management efforts, including creating training materials and delivering training sessions to end-users.
Profile
- Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in analyzing and documenting business needs and processes.
- Experience with IoT, AI, or related technologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of remote and predictive maintenance in industrial settings is an asset.
- Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and work independently.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Experience in business process modeling and IT system requirements gathering.
