Roles & Responsibilities

  • Developing test plans and schedules.
  • Scheduling system, integration, and acceptance tests.
  • Aligning test periods with related projects and sector-level test activities.
  • Leading multiple test teams.
  • Setting priorities within assigned test teams.
  • Preparing test plans with necessary test scenarios for each tester.
  • Briefing testers on agreements and rules.
  • Organizing, guiding, and daily monitoring of tests.
  • Tracking defect logging.
  • Progress reporting and reporting of test results for tests under their responsibility.
  • Monitoring and guiding the testing of resolved issues before they are moved to the live environment.
  • Status reporting to the overarching test manager, program management, and steering committee.

Profile

  • You have 5 years' experience as a Test Coordinator and knowledge of Payment
  • Proven knowledge and experience in testing business applications, including transaction systems and integrations with related systems.
  • Knowledge in Payments.
  • Demonstrable experience in quality control-related expertise areas.
  • Proven experience in leading or guiding extensive multifunctional teams.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience with quality management tools.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in guiding business acceptance testing.
  • Language requirement: Proficiency in 2 of the 3 national languages: English, French, Dutch.
  • A hands-on, proactive attitude is essential.
