Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and analyzing requirements from both internal and external clients.
  • Designing various reports and dashboards utilizing standard tools such as Power BI, MSSQL, SSIS, among others.
  • Conducting risk analysis, identifying trends and variances, and correlating business metrics with financial data.
  • Developing predictive models and anomaly detection systems.
  • Contributing to the definition and enhancement of the KPI and statistics framework.
  • Establishing BI & Data Analytics standards within the organization.

Profile

Your Profile :

  • A Master's degree in IT, Data Science, Telecom, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
  • Fluency in French and English is required; Luxembourgish would be a plus.
  • Proficiency in Power BI/Platform, SQL, Excel, ETL tools (SSIS), and database modeling.
  • A strong interest in data analysis and statistics.
  • A keenness for new and emerging technologies, including AI.
  • Background knowledge in telecommunications and/or financial analysis is advantageous.
  • A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Resilience in stress management and availability to meet service needs.
  • The ability to learn and work independently when necessary.
