Are you looking for an internship in Human Resources, or more specifically in recruitment?We actually search for an intern.
The length of the internship is flexible, ranging from 4 to 6 months.

Your responsibilities:

• Talent Hunting: Dive into the world of LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to discover exceptional talent that aligns perfectly with our recruitment needs.
• Competency Scouting: Explore your analytical skills by evaluating CVs, identifying key competencies, and ranking them according to our excellence criteria.
• Impactful Interviews: Conduct engaging interviews to assess both the technical skills (hard skills) and interpersonal abilities (soft skills) of candidates, seeking those who will thrive at DynaFin.
• Creator of Attractiveness: Transform our job offers to make them irresistible and craft original publications that attract the most talented candidates.
• Consultant Engagement: Proactively match our consultants with new opportunities and monitor their progress during inter-mission periods.
• Freelance Collaboration: Manage our partnerships with freelance professionals, ensuring smooth and effective cooperation.
• Contract Management: Draft freelance contracts and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.

Profile

· 🎓 You are studying Bachelor or Master in Human Resources, Occupational Psychology, Finance/Economics or related field (like Communication, Applied foreign languages,…).
· 💬 Bilingual EN/FR
