Roles & Responsibilities

As part of a new strategic initiative for one of our key insurance clients, DynaFin Consulting is looking for a Business Analyst Consultant with proven experience in process improvement and strategic analysis.

The client is migrating from a legacy system to a next-generation platform, impacting both life and non-life insurance processes (Life: Branch 21/23/44, Group Insurance, IPT – Non-Life: car, fire, liability, theft, etc.).

You will play a key role in ensuring process efficiency, high-quality deliverables, and alignment between business needs and IT solutions throughout the transformation journey.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the client in designing, optimizing, and digitalizing business processes (BPMN)
  • Contribute to the functional and strategic design of new solutions
  • Facilitate and lead requirement gathering and refinement workshops with business and IT stakeholders
  • Produce clear and structured functional documentation
  • Work in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) in close collaboration with development and testing teams
  • Participate in functional testing: write test cases, track defects, validate outputs
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation of this high-impact project

Profile

 

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong background in process improvement and strategic thinking
  • Experience in the insurance sector (life and/or non-life) is a strong asset
  • Solid command of tools and methodologies: BPMN, Agile, Jira, Confluence, SQL, Postman
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, active listening
  • Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English, with good understanding of French
