Business Process Analyst - HyperAutomation

We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to join our HyperAutomation team.
Your role will be to support our clients in the financial services sector in the design and preparation of business processes for automation initiatives. Acting as a key link between business stakeholders and technical automation experts, the analyst will map, document, and analyze processes, identify optimization opportunities, and help assess readiness for automation. This role is essential to ensure process transparency and quality documentation throughout the automation lifecycle.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Create clear and detailed process maps
• Perform gap analysis and identify areas for improvement
• Assess automation potential and support scoping activities
• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to align process design and technical delivery
• Document processes in line with automation and compliance standards
Profile
• 3 to 5 years of experience in business process analysis, modeling, or automation-related roles
• Proficiency in BPMN and tools such as ARIS or Visio
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Familiarity with workflow and RPA integration is a plus
• Understanding of the RPA project lifecycle and related documentation standards
• Good overall understanding of business process logic and structure
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
• Experience in the financial sector is a strong asset
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French, with a good understanding of the other language
